if you look at the 1/2 yearly it shows they made the following capital raisings by rights issue:

$1.5m - August 2009
$1.59m - September 2009
$1.708m - October 2009
$1.25m - January 2010

and they've drawn $1.2m of a $7.5m convertible note issue to La Jolla Cove Leg Breakers.

that's $7.2m, and they only have $80,000 cash and not much to show for where the money actually went ????? well knock, knock... hello ! anybody think there's something a tad fishy going on ?

the auditors express concerns about it being a going concern. don't be concerned it stopped being one of those a while ago.
