    While the market is taking a real pounding.

    VPE seems to have the goods to stay up there, even after a spike of up to 6c over the past couple of days.

    With the volume up over 3 Mil yesterday, VPE is lookin Good. SO FAR TODAY!!!

    Is this a Technical Breakout??
