re: time and probability The probability is always there that something will happen in the next fortnight, with or without inside info.

And it wil increase with time. I did mention that they have to do it this quarter and I am sure they know too.

Furthermore, they did say that some preparations were being made re TS, so one would think there has to be a follow up-not too difficult to understand:

Announcement, 22 Jan:
"Site preparation and engineering is currently under way for the Times Square installation".
