I think that you have hit it on the head Jake. If the Chinese were hesitating about signing up long term contracts, I'm certain that they have very definitely changed their mind. just hope that they proceed with ICN as I am sure they are getting many other suitors. Market will soon tell us whether this strength is just hope and anticipation, or, the usual leak.
