Yeah i agree, in terms of wells this less risky then most.

There is oil in the structure.it is charged (does flow naturally),

sounds like the just stuffed up HW-2 (or didn't know enough about it)

was drilled over balanced.
cemented before testing (not ideal for fracture flow)
and apparently recent analysis suggests the test intervals may have been in closed fractures.

But now they know a lot more about the structure and drilling technology is 10* better.
it's not a new method.

i am quietly confident.
