At current prices and with the buyback in place, I can only see this rising from here. The positives certainly outweigh the negatives and I've been buying these the last few days. I will add more when/if cash becomes available.

Positives
-SP below book value of 45 cents per share
-Makes money (and is expected to continue doing so)
-Pays a dividend
-Current PE ratio near 6
-SP near historic lows with fundamental support
-Share buyback in place

Negatives
-Historically low ROE values
-???
