Thats exactly what he did last time issued to his mates at Harbinger at below market, and i know that they were capping the stock at 75 cents leading up to the placement.
So why would you think that they wont do it again, another perfect way to dilute ordinary shareholders and have the power and control rest with the elite few.
Go back and do some research and you will see that the allowace for currency movements which moved against Harbinger were not in the original funding agreement.
I just smell another rat.
Sorry to say because i have been a long term holder/trader and believer of the stock.
