    there was a lot of angst about esg and its placement. Have a look at Bow and the underwriting deal for two related parties. they got 4% fee plus a swag of opies with a long maturity at 50c. sure the opies were not in the money at the time but the 27c was very little risk for the underwriters. I bet some of you would like that deal!! How about voting no for the meeting?!!
