    Have been reading this BRO blog for a long time now and it just got interesting. I have 9m shares and would be in a takeover bid with others but condition would be all existing directors/chairman to go. Trouble is, the major shareholder has around 20% and chairman "controls" around 50% so any decent proposals get stymied.
