I have just started a trail to find where MK really fits in the RCP picture here As he seem to carry a lot of weight as a Non-Executive Director. MK seems to have more of a mention on these post than the Chairmam Dr James Searle?? So where I see it so far is Stirling Copper Pty Ltd has 26.67% shares of RCP. Crawley Investments (Kiernan's family company) have 8.57% shares in Stirling Resources.
Also i would love to know what was Kim McGrath's personal reasons for leaving?
