Im not sure if it is what you are alluring to, but i have wondered recently whether any good news would be wasted in the current climate. If the so called cappers are intent on keeping the vwap at around 3 cents anyway, it would seem logical to get the placement out of the way before the flow of good news begins rather than the share price be hammered on positive announcements again .
