At the very least per constitutional requirements (Section 92), all onshore O&G entities in the WA should be allowed to export to the rest of Australia. Some or all of the onshore players should challenge the WA government in court! I suppose this would only be required if the east coast could re-gasify LNG or if there was a West>>East pipe.
