Not that kind of stock. Penny stocks don’t pay dividends. As a penny stock CTP’s value lies in its stock price, which has fallen precipitously since Cottee left and Leon Devaney became CEO. None of the current board members were there when Cottee left, they’ve all come under LD’s tenure. Despite repeated fumbles by LD the board keeps him on and keeps rewarding him. What’s needed is accountability.
