Just put a pen to paper and came up with some possible, if not probable, scenarios to do with the SPP.
Some basic assumptions.
1. The SPP price max is 15c
2. Available to all Aust & NZ shareholders
3. About 5000 in total.

An earlier posting suggested MR is looking to raise $5million but not limited to that. Only 333shareholders needed there. In fact there is a potential limit of 5000 X $15,000 which would raise $75million, but let's dismiss that thought.
If the SP stayed at th 18/19c mark history shows that about 40% will take the maximum offering other 60% either still in bed or shares in sock drawer.
ergo 2000 X $15,000 $30million

SP goes to 22c, 55% will take up, we've emailed everyone we know to get them out of bed.
ergo 2750 X $15,000 $41.25 million

Nirvana, SP hits 25c only fools and horses haven't woken up yet to sell $15k's worth to buy back at 15c so they don't deserve the profit but let's say 65% take up
ergo 3250 X $15,000 $ 48.75million.

This scenario is achievable and we will be shareholders in a company, debt free and capitalised to go forward realising the status of a DNDN and an SP only God and MR know.
Would like to see some thoughts on other possible scenarios.
