Having attended the recent Melbourne briefing,I got the impression they are keen to farm-in to one or more wells during the second half of the year. The MD was aware of concerns that not much appears to be happening between Marquis and Jaguar. Besides,there are many private companies anxious to do a deal re. their North Sea permits before the 2 year leases expire. EXR has the cash to do some deals but there is apparently a lot of rubbish to be discarded before signing up a farm-in or two. Let's hope something will be announced soon so that those of us prepared to wait for Jaguar get another curtain-raiser (or two).
