A little more info from the Melbourne meeting, I can't remember if it was covered by 618s report [like trying to memorise the Tax act] anyway here is the tidbit...

The Stena Tay will soon be changed out for a ship Type drilling rig, Stena Tay cannot operate in shallow water, [around 200 metres], and the JV are planning to drill a number of shallower targets, the new rig will still have the capacity to drill in waters up to 2000m deep and will also be able to lift a "wet Tree" if problems arise with the Chinguetti equipment.

Much more adaptable rig than Stena for upcoming drills.
