More than 100 years experience and dozens of completed projects along the way.

Regarding your Mantra information. Mantra was still a listed company when the current UNX board was formed. Hence it would have been very unlikely that they would have left while the deal with the Russians was reaching it's zenith.

I notice that you've indicated that you don't hold any stock in UNX. Should you have concerns re: management and cash position then maybe UNX isn't for you, but I don't know your risk appetite so it's really not for me to say or suggest.
