Totally agree with Katy28,I was also at that meeting.It is obvious that the Board have a different measure of "performance" to that which is acceptable by community and ASIC standards of acceptable renumeration as reported in the press last week.One dollar or less is not a performance measure.A performance marker would have to exceed the highest amount paid by a shareholder under a company issued prospectus and that is $5.00.I am not adverse to rewarding directors and staff-the time for that reward is the measure of a done deal-not now.
