From today's ASX release:

"The Company does not currently have any explanation for the price change and increase in volume in the securities of the Company in recent days. However the Company does note significant buying by two parties since mid-December which has seen those parties accumulate 4.74% and 3.60% of the Company?s issued capital as at 6 January, making them presently the top two shareholders.

The Company also confirms that the Notice of Meeting (including Independent Expert?s Report) for the general meeting to be held on Monday 14 February 2010 will be mailed to shareholders this week."
