To be honest entering IRM needs to be done with extreme caution.
IRM has David Zohar so you need to search for him on ASIC website, read all asx queries for ALM and ENL before you consider buying.
Most of us are stuck in IRM and the risk is that the cash may not actually be in the bank account. This is only speculation based on a letter sent out to shareholders regarding the recent outing of certain directors.I suggest you ask a current shareholder who received the letter for a copy.
It needs to be read before even considering buying IRM. I hold the options so I didn't receive the letter but I did read it.
