mitta, good pick up re dow fibs ... interestingly I nearly did not post mine because it did not support the story (draftsmans licence!! lol) & I was surprised that price "violated" the 61.8% as my memory had it as a reversal as shown on your chart.
Just checked my IC chart again & it is now exactly like yours; eg reversal right at 61.8%.
Raises the Q of accuracy of data that we rely on. Not the first time I have seen a "glich" like this.
