I used to be of the opinion that the technical solution was basicaly sound, just that the execution and on site management was flawed. I am beginning to wonder now if there is not a better way to do this within the commercial parameters of fields such as Galoc. Too late for Galoc probably but the industry needs to learn lessons from this.
