Not interested in a slanging match either, but troubled by your statement that “management are only in it for themselves (apparently proven although you don’t say how) and don’t give a crap about shareholders.”
For starters it’s hard to square that with the fact that they represent 17% of the register. I would have thought they would have an extreme interest in looking after shareholders.
As I said earlier, as a director, you can only control what you can control, but share price performance really isn’t something they can control. That’s for shareholders to determine. Had you said that shareholders have voted with their feet because of x,y or z reasons, and those reasons were definable, then I would certainly be more sympathetic to your position.
