Hello Night Stalker, I can only think that the shorters belong to a school of thought that the TOL will not be granted until after the election and that the present Governemnt will lose the election and in this case the TOL will never be granted, leading to the demise of LYC. Why else would anyone go short? Certainly I wouldn't dare short LYC at the present level. In my view the shorters face far greater financial risk than the longs.
