    Should make it $1.20 based on technicals IMO in short time. Needs resolution to continued Eastern Creek losses and sale of UK waste division to clean-up balance sheet and realise value. This should see $2 as fair value based on strong balance sheet and Minproc business even in bear market.

    Could happen in a rush if deals are done.
