re: rising to reflect changes Hi B2
I am not sure KRZ is rising too fast, stocks at this level often see big percentage rises when interest is engaged simply because of the low level they start at. Each higher incremental bid has to be a high percentage gain. Just look at WMT over the last little while.
Looking back at recent media releases, in December, Kufpec issued KRZ a default notice in the sum of $US 220,000 or so. KRZ is due a payment in February of some $US 990,000 for oil shipped in February. I assume Smith is working out a deal where he can use that oil payment as colateral either to borrow to pay Kufpec or get a delay of the payment. The announcement I am expecting will say that the payment has been made and KRZ is no longer in default. Could be another kicker to the sp. I held onto mine today, let the daytraders pickup a few bucks. I think this one could turn around a lot more over time. JBC
