I had assumed that dedicated staff were beavering away all day processing applications, and such was the large pile that delays were inevitable. But a committee meeting once a month?! Thank goodness for the change. Looking through the epls on the MME website I see the words `granted` or `pending` but no `declined`. I presume that some are declined but does anyone know the ratio of successful to unsuccessful? That could give a little more certainty to our own 3306 and 3308.
