    Excellent chart and it shows what I think is a great perspective... .Any move really relies on so many factors...The chart can give you a clue as to what the outcome could be but in reality it depends on what is going on at the time...

    The impact of any announcement, regardless of how good or bad it is, appears to be dependent on general market sentiment which, unfortunately at present is driven by the Dow...
