I just think that its some scardeycats jumping the gun assuming that there is something sinister in a CFO resigning, which in this case couldn't be further from the truth. CFO's resign from companies all the time and in most cases the reason is quite legitimate ie health reasons, finding a better more highly paid position, family commitments etc etc. The thing to look at is that someone bought that parcel of nearly half a million dollars worth at $3.08.
