I note there are some reasonable size buyers "stealing" CRK shares at these not quite rock bottom prices. I also "stole" some more today. Thank you seller.
We're probably less than a month away from the next upgrade. Many of those inferred resource ounces will be become reserves. There will also be a considerable increase in resources. My betting is that from that point there will be open interest from one or more big players. It may be evident before the release of the actual figures. It's hard keeping secrets like that. Someone's bound to talk.
The unhedged large miners are coining it right now and becoming awash with cash. They'd be selling every ounce they can at these prices. And, guess what, as Kevin Rudd would say, they are going to desperately need new reserves.
That's when advanced explorers like Carrick with large reserves come into their own. Interesting times ahead.
