esp with all the mining mergers last night on the TSX......
theres a lot of hungry major mining houses out there.
TZN - 50mT @ 0.06% Zn+Pb @ Algeria = 3,000,000 in ground metal. Mkt cap $200m. $200m/3m tonnes = selling for about $65/T of in ground metal.
ZFX - has about 5.5mt of in ground metal for about $8000m mkt cap = $1700/t
by merely producing, tzn can go from $65/t valuation to $1700/t valuation, a multiple of twenty six. However use some placement dilutions the figure could be closer to about 5-6 times.
