The best thing the FRS Directors can do is act on behalf of their shareholders, I know thats asking a lot, but why dont they have a chat with there major shareholder who is making the bid and see what other goodies they can extract for their FRS shareholders, or would this be to much to ask from our lifestyle ( dont want to give it up ) directors.
