Wah Nam International now listed on ASX, WNI, trading at about 22cents or 1:32 per FRS share, my understanding is that if we accept the offer our shares will remain listed on the ASX with no CGT immplications,can someone verify this? Given the impressive list of shareholders Wah Nam has and with access to capital which FRS does not have, I believe WNI offers a better vehicle to go forward with rather than FRS.
