a) Why would Douglas Jendry recently buy $200K worth of stock as part of the placement, yet other directors in AKW / MDA have next to no skin in the game?
b) Placement was supposed to be to parties unrelated to company but Jendry took a slice?
c) Very cosy relationship bewteen AKW and MDA. AKW now working out of MDA's old offices. Phone diverts to MDA receptionist. People (directors) move across from from one company to another quite frequently?
d) MDA have pursued the Padre Island lease with great tenacity. Why when there are so many easier projects to buy.
e) Why the board revamp and MDA and AKW. Almost a complete chaning of the guard. Apart from the name, they could almost be different companies - new board, new direction...
f) Does the new board have a history of dodgy dealing? Do these guys ever create value for share holders?
