Price to earnings ratio is 5.76 to 1

Dividend Yield is 10.4% to 1.

I am sure there are many top 200 companies paying better than that. I just can't think of any at the moment.

Sure higher Nickel prices & Alec Mairs deposit & work at Anamoly 1 as well as Emu Lake amongst others might cause some interest & cause the share price to double but there is the chance share prices might fall 10%.

I'll be honest I have no idea, read Shares Magazine & they probably know better which are the to 15 stocks in the ASX.
