If the execs miss out on cashing in their options, the option machine gun will come out, causig further SP weakness. Last time i did the sums about 20% of NPAT over ten years or so had been paid to execs via their profits on options and other goodies. There is no swings and roundabouts with the directors at COH - more a case of bad news is good news for the execs, and good news is even better.
Imagine where the current SP would be without all of that dilution! It is a great business being milked.
