hello all,i thought IMF were going to take legal action against MFS and more importantly the directors.If this is the case surely we as shareholders are stuffed as any sign of illegal activity to hide the fact they were in trouble will surely make the banks completelynervous and completely take over MFS and liquidate.any views on this?my feeling is we are all stuffed.cheers Andy
