Wouldnt it be the same number as unvaccinated?
From reading the studies a breakthrough infection in a vaccinated person contains the same viral load.
Once you have it, you have it.
Less vaccinated people get the virus so dont spread it. But how do you calculate that effect?
You cant calculate an R number for people who dont get it. (vaccinated or not)
To calculate the R number for vaccinated people you would need to know the exact source person of each infection and their vaccination status at the time.
I dont think that would be possible.
