why take over ELL?
is it purely to procure their management? as I am looking over ELL and given the current climate for uranium companies and ELL's lets face it crap tenements(just look at their results today), GNL would do better focusing all their efforts on their ironore assets.
Also at current prices the 2.5 GNL shares for every ELL shares is a little too generous(equivalent to 2.48gnl price). ELL shareholders would be idiots not to take them up.
Also post merger would give GNL some 1billion shares.
am I missing something here?
