I didn't see your moderated posts, but if you were questioning why any JORCs haven't been released, I note the following facts:

- it is much easier to release an "exploration target" in accordance with JORC, which is a level below "inferred resource" and is essentially a best guess as to what you might find;
- see below for estimates of resource potential included by the Expert in the Prospectus; and
- BWN have undertaken a lot of drilling since the prospectus and a resonable investor may see reason to question why no "exploration target" has been estimated and released to market

In 2006 Prospectus:
- EPC1014: 200-300 Mt (refer p26)
- EPC930: 250 Mt (refer p27)
- West Rolleston: "highly likely that coal seams would be delineated" (refer p32)
=> 450-550 Mt coal target

In late 2008 Expert's Report:
- "there would be an excellent chance of finding 500-1000 Mt of underground and open cut coal" (refer p21 of Minnelex report in ASX release 17/11/08)
