RER is looking to produce 1 barrel of oil from one tonne of brown coal with minimal production costs..... Australia has trillions of tonnes of coal.

They are testing a new process called Underground Coal to Liquids..... Turns coal into oil underground

You might recognize the similarity to LNC who have Underground Coal Gassification.... Turns coal into gas underground

However unlike LNC who have to then spend a forutne on GTL conversion.... RER uses low cost infrastructure that is readily available and pontentially produces a product that can be sent straight to the refinery. Can i hazard a guess at say $30 a barrel.....

RER's process is proven on a labratory bench...... Its not a new science... And they are currently testing it live in the field down in OAK PARK. Any day now they will press the button to start it up.....

NOTE: They are firstly doing an above ground test in a vessel using brown coal and canadian tar sands. Results due this month.....

Also the latest directors to join the company are all ex BHP.... ie SOLID MANAGEMENT
