I am looking to screen, (cover) some ugly old retaining walls. The walls are about 800 high, so a 1 metre high plant would suffice..On the next level I am planting English box hedge. The length is approx 12 metres, i need to cover. The space between the retaining wall and the pavers varies 300-400 mm.. I am looking for something quick growing that doesnt require much water and is evergreen.. Any suggestions..it would get full sun from till about 4 in the afternoon.... Suggestions appreciated.. I think I found something, then i research the plant and each site shows different heights etc... On i am looking at is Forest Phebalium thanks
