It ran from 3 to 9 in 7 trading days at end Dec to start Jan. So using the opposite of the favourite GFC word (unprecedented), a run well above 4 in a short space of time is precedented. Either way, I'm full and happy to hold, so whether fast or slow, doesn't matter, just hope it keeps heading north.

As I said this morning, a big accumulation going on IMO. If so, this is a very good sign, as despite REITs being viewed as junk by most instos, it looks like someone is willing to take a big bite at these levels.
