Dinos "Don't do anything overseas that you wouldn't do here.."
My rule has always been, "if you wouldn't talk to them at home, dont talk to them overseas". This helps me get past feeling impolite in someone elses country when approached by scammers, fraudsters, decoys for thieves etc.
