I doubt 15-16 resistance is serious. I view 16c as first resistance because of gap. But the 16c resistance will soon become new support level as its share price is still significantly undervalued.
It happened today as well, I bet lots of people doubt SBB would hold 11c. I predicted it opened 10c and would closed between 12-15c.
Next Monday, SBB is likely to open at 14c, close 16-17c.
My valuation for SBB is 47c, it should and will be trading over 20c soon.
PE of 15, is only based on current year earnings. Net operating cash flow is $11m for the half year ended 30 June 2014.
if we only factor in 10% growth rate, Valuation in 5 years time, at PE 15, will be 76c per share.
