We shouldn't assume all sellers are dumb.
Consider this hypothetical of a happy long term owner of ABR
Has 5m shares at 24 average. Gets divorced, no house and ABR is now a considerable share of assets, and an opportunity to shore up each ex partners finances for them and their children.
Still believes in ABR, but sells half across personal and super at current prices and keeps the balance for the future that they still believe in.
