I didn't say that the run is sustainable, I don't agree that it is overbought though. I think the run will continue higher before it consolidates and spikes again.
The TA is irrelevant if you are a long term investor but as a few people have raised the RSI indicator suggesting this is over brought I was asking when the indicator has failed to be correct what are the reason for this? Is it that the stock is simply not fairly valued yet, FA that is behind the push beyond any indicator or that there is a large investor/firm taking a position?

I disagree that this is retail. I believe its a larger more aggressive buyer.

If management complete construction within the timeline suggested this would be highly undervalued and I suspect we will see continued spikes with steady growth throughout the remaining quarters to production.
