BHP has usually been 20% of my portfolio for two decades. However, from time to time I get the urge to sell and then later buy BHP back (hopefully for less).
Currently I have begun my first ever position in FMG - now at 5% of my portfolio.
BHP is planned to be brought back into my portfolio after the current downturn in the Australian stock market - say when the XJO is below 6000, perhaps in a week or two - when the current bearish breakout of September's bearish rising wedge has run its course.
I could be totally wrong.
