I agree everything now depends on the signing of the binding agreements. Once it's signed, there is no going back even if an asteroid strikes the earth.

The project will commence with rail construction by our China partners next month if the schedule according to those articles are adhered to. Don't see why not. Covid Omicron should have no impact on the big build.
