Agree the meeting will be interesting......but I think that if they have anything else up their sleeve they will try to get it out before the meeting...they do still want our votes (presumably?)....

Who would want to vote Yes at this stage to the dilution when there is nothing to show for it from a long term shareholder's profit perspective....I'm not saying insiders who know more than we do will not vote yes, but I for one cant yet see any 'public' reason to reward the directors with so many shares (except mabe Sir Joe - we need to pay him somehow - even then he is getting a lot, remember its the shareholders money!!)
